Just as every traveler gets ready for the road ahead, Advent is our time to prepare—our hearts, our homes, and our lives—for the coming of Christ and a new year walking in God’s presence.

Our journey begins with a special Hanging of the Greens service on Sunday, November 30 during our 9:30 a.m. worship. Together, we’ll transform our worship space, adding greenery, lights, and symbols that tell the beautiful story of Christ’s birth in their own special way. Along the way, we’ll uncover the meaning behind these timeless traditions, sing our favorite carols, and listen anew to the gospel stories that remind us of God’s promise fulfilled.

Come ready to begin the ADVENTure with your heart open, spirit eager, and eyes set on the light that leads us to Christmas.

Join us December 5 from 5:00 – 8:00PM for our Live Nativity and Prayer Walk.

This isn’t your typical Live Nativity, it’s a heartwarming ADVENTure of reflection, wonder, and joy for the whole family! Take a break from the holiday rush (or before it begins) and come together with friends and loved ones to prepare your hearts for Christmas.

Enjoy a peaceful walk along an illuminated quarter-mile path, stopping at prayer stations that help you reflect on the true gifts of Advent—hope, peace, joy, and love. Along the way, you’ll experience the beauty of the Nativity with live animals, cheerful carolers, and friendly faces to greet you.

When your walk is complete, stay for free chili, hot dogs, cookies, hot chocolate, and more. A delicious way to warm up and share in community together.

As we prepare our hearts for Advent, we invite you to embark on a Journey to the Manger with a twist! This year’s Children’s Christmas Pageant explores both the true spirit of Christmas and the distractions that can pull us away from it.

Join us on Sunday, December 14, during the 9:30 a.m. worship service, as our children and youth come together to share a heartwarming and joy-filled performance that reminds us of the hope, peace, joy, and love found in the Christmas story.
