Join Us for Compassion Resilience for Caregivers
Join us for a special two-part, interactive training to build compassion resilience and develop a plan to guard against burnout.
Fatigue and burnout from caregiving and other responsibilities can lead to resentment and make it harder to be our best selves when caring for the people we love. This training will help you weather life’s challenges so you can continue to be the kind and compassionate person you strive to be.
Who Should Attend?
Church members and community members are welcome. The training is intended for people who care for children, spouses, aging parents, clients, or patients through their work. The principles can also be applied to other circumstances in which burnout is a risk.
